Welcome to Edgas Tours. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Bookings and Payments
   All bookings must be confirmed by full payment or the deposit required according to the tour package.

Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments at our offices.

We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received within the specified timeframe.

2. Changes and Cancellations
   Change or cancellation requests must be made in writing and are subject to the specific policies of each tour.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the tour may not be refundable.

In the event Edgas Tours cancels a tour, a full refund or an equivalent alternative will be offered.

3. Customer Responsibilities
   It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary travel documents (passports, visas, permits) and meet the legal requirements of the destination.

Customers must inform us of any medical conditions or special needs prior to travel to ensure a safe and suitable experience.

4. Itinerary Modifications
   Edgas Tours reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to force majeure, weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In case of significant changes, customers will be informed and alternatives offered when possible.

5. Limitation of Liability
   Edgas Tours acts as an intermediary between the customer and service providers (hotels, transportation, guides), and is therefore not responsible for damages, losses, or delays caused by third parties.

We are not responsible for personal items lost or damaged during the trip.

6. Travel Insurance
   We strongly recommend that all customers purchase travel insurance covering accidents, illness, cancellations, and lost luggage.

7. Customer Conduct
   Customers are expected to respect local laws, staff, fellow travelers, and the environment during the tour.

Edgas Tours reserves the right to remove any customer acting inappropriately or jeopardizing group safety, without refund.

8. Intellectual Property
   All content on our website, brochures, and promotional materials is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without prior permission.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
   These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Edgas Tours is registered.

Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
